We recently tried the all you can eat dim sum. It ends at 3 pm. This is a great option for groups or those who like to try a little of everything. I would recommend the lotus leaf steamed rice. This has the best flavor of all the local options. The spring rolls were great and Crispy. The fried flounder was spicy and flavorful. I would highly recommend the experience. Your whole table has to choose the all you can eat option.

If you’re searching for an ayce dim sum spot that is delivering all the hits and some… check out Peter Changs! The menu is extensive for an ayce menu and it does not disappoint! We ordered about 18 items and my favorite was the sad cold jelly, shrimp rolls, salt and pepper baby shrimp, sweet potato sesame buns and the grandma noodles. Amongst others but I will I was not a huge fan of the mala beef as the noodles were too soggy for me and the braised pork with rice as it was too sweet! The service was excellent! Our waiter was attentive and prompt to clear the table and take the next round of orders. The servers were also very prompt in ensuring the dishes made it to the right table and they definitely had their system down! The restaurant got packed quickly! A lot of larger groups and families filled the place! They also have an outdoor bar seating area which would be amazing for nice weather!

Very diligent with allergies. We let them know we have a shellfish allergy when ordering and everything turned out great. The vegetable lo mein, dragon eggplant and bok choy w tofu skins were all very tasty. Nice outdoor area to sit and eat outside and the service was good and never rushed us

We had a good dining experience here! The restaurant has a bright and clean atmosphere, and the servers were friendly. They quickly took care of any requests we had, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Our group of six ordered Peking duck, dim sum, and sweet and sour chicken, and everything was delicious. The sweet and sour chicken, in particular, stood out—the batter was light and crispy, the chicken was perfectly sized, and the sauce had an incredible depth of flavor, better than any other Chinese restaurant I've been to. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the duck soup that comes with the Peking duck—it had a strong duck aroma that might not be for everyone. Other than that, it was an amazing meal, and we had a great time! Would definitely come back.

Amazing food. Would prefer this over any Chinese restaurant. The pictures are doing justice as the taste of the food was equally delicious.

Went for the weekend dim sum buffet. Not quite traditional dim sum offerings, but very good nonetheless. Nice variety of noodle dishes, and some small plates that are more fusion/western. Lovely atmosphere inside, service was fantastic. Come hungry, as it is pricey compared to regular dim sum.

This may be my 10th Peter Chang restaurant. It's also one of my favorites. The dragon eggplant serving size exceeds any other location I've seen, and was as delicious as the best of them. The Hot & Numbing Beef Wrap was a lovely first-try experience, with beef evoking Roujiamo flavors wrapped in a spongey yet crispy scallion pancake. An underrated item, it seems. As I quest onwards to visit another 10 Peter Chang locations, become friends with him, and give him all my money, I am delighted that this wonderful meal marks the double digit milestone. Unless I counted wrong I didn't really double check it

Peter Chang's, nestled in the sleek new Merriweather shopping complex in Columbia, MD, has unleashed a weekend brunch experience that's nothing short of spectacular. Their all-you-can-eat dim sum, available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm, isn't just a meal; it's a culinary adventure. The sheer scope of their two-page menu is daunting, yet thrilling. It encompasses all the classic dim sum staples, elevated by Peter Chang's signature flair, alongside unique, tantalizing creations. Our table, determined to conquer as much of the menu as possible, managed to sample roughly 80% – and we were consistently blown away by the quality. Highlights were abundant. The shrimp rice rolls, presented vertically instead of the typical horizontal layout, offered a delightful textural twist. The soup dumplings were bursting with flavor, and the shrimp har gow were delicate and perfectly cooked. Noodle enthusiasts will rejoice in the robust Grandma noodles and the fiery beef brisket mala tang, both showcasing the restaurant's mastery of Sichuan flavors. However, it's the specialty items that truly set Peter Chang's apart. The iconic scallion pancake puff, arriving at the table inflated like a golden balloon, is a must-try – a visual and gustatory spectacle. The century egg and pork congee was a comforting and deeply satisfying dish, showcasing the restaurant's ability to balance tradition with innovation. Service was impeccable. Our table was consistently cleared, ensuring a seamless flow of dishes, and the dim sum arrived promptly, allowing us to maintain our culinary momentum. At $36 per person, this all-you-can-eat dim sum brunch is an absolute steal, especially considering the quality and variety on offer. I wholeheartedly recommend bringing a large, hungry group to fully appreciate the breadth and depth of Peter Chang's culinary prowess. This is, without a doubt, some of the best dim sum you'll find in the DMV. Prepare to be amazed.
